NCMB appears to be running its own licensing, investigations, and hearings operation with completely NO OVERSIGHT and NO ASSURANCE IT IS ABIDING BY FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
Hi. Is there a network of Attorneys that handle cases involving wrongful action against doctors and doctors rights and the prejudice that treats differently than anyone else?
Unfortunately no. It's a crapshoot finding one who understands the system. And to be fair, as law is strictly a coin-operated business, most docs can't afford the exhaustive care prep and onboarding needed to prevail. For boards and PHPs and their legal henchmen, it's a hick's outing at the trout barrel where they get get their jollies shooting 'em up until they run outta ammo. What docs can do is understand their case and discover the slim leverage they may discover in laws they didn't know protected them.
